We offer professional videography and photography & post-production services, including but not limited to event coverage, commercial photography, video production, and post-production editing. Our services are provided subject to availability and the specific requirements of each project.
– Booking: To book our services, you must provide us with the necessary details about your project and pay a deposit as outlined in our booking agreement.
– Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount of the deposit will be specified in the booking agreement.
– Payment: The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in the booking agreement. We accept payments via [payment methods]. Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.
– Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The deposit is non-refundable, and additional cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation.
– Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund any payments made, including the deposit, and work with you to reschedule the service if possible.
– Refunds: Refunds are only issued in accordance with the terms outlined in this section. No refunds will be issued for services that have already been rendered.
– Ownership: All photographs, videos, and other media created by us remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for personal or commercial purposes, as specified in the agreement.
– Usage Rights: You agree not to alter, resell, or distribute the media without our prior written consent. We retain the right to use the media for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Cooperation: You agree to cooperate fully with us during the planning, shooting, and post-production stages of the project.
– Permissions: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or releases for locations, subjects, or events being photographed or filmed. We are not liable for any claims arising from your failure to obtain such permissions.
– Content Approval: You will have the opportunity to review and approve the final deliverables before they are finalized. Any requests for changes must be made within 5 days of receiving the initial proofs.
– Service Quality: We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or that all footage will be captured without error.
– Liability: Our liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, pandemics, or government actions.
