Refund and cancellation policy

1. No Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Once a booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Final Payment: After the final payment is made and services have commenced, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including changes in your event or project schedule, dissatisfaction with creative choices, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.
  • Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made after the booking is confirmed will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total agreed-upon service fee. This fee is in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
  • Timing of Cancellations: If cancellation occurs close to the scheduled service date (within [number] days), additional fees may apply based on the extent of preparation already undertaken.
